Cancellation Policy

Some items in our shop are offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy sets out how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscription

If you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeated deliveries (usually every 2 months). Please see the Shipping Policies for more information.

When you pay for your subscription, your payment details will be stored securely in accordance with our Data Protection Regulation and will be billed monthly in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Please note that you can only purchase a subscription with a credit card or PayPal.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.

If you would like to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order. From there you can manage your subscription.
