Only a few are days left until Christmas and always the same question: …What should we cook or bake for the Christmas-Dinner. What about a cinnamon parfait with hot plums? Just to write about this delicious dessert is enough for me to make my mouth water! Fortunately, the day after tomorrow I can eat what I recommend today. This recipe is super easy, takes you only a few minutes and there is more time left for YOU and YOUR family.
2 egg yolk
1.5 dl cream
1.5 dl water (DrinkPure water)
4 sticks cinnamon
75 g sugar
- Place the Sugar, water and cinnamon sticks in a small pan over a gentle heat until the sugar has dissolved.
- After the syrup sugar has cooled slightly, put it with the egg yolks in a bowl and whisk on a high speed until the mouse is thick
- Beat the cream until stiff and mix it with the cinnamon mouse. Fill it in small vessels and froze it at least for 4 hours.
- Heat the frozen plums and serve it hot together with the parfait
