Christmas Dessert

Only a few are days left until Christmas and always the same question: …What should we cook or bake for the Christmas-Dinner. What about a cinnamon parfait with hot plums? Just to write about this delicious dessert is enough for me to make my mouth water! Fortunately, the day after tomorrow I can eat what I recommend today. This recipe is super easy, takes you only a few minutes and there is more time left for YOU and YOUR family.

Ingredients

2 egg yolk

1.5 dl cream

1.5 dl water (DrinkPure water)

4 sticks cinnamon

75 g sugar

Frozen plums

 

  1. Place the Sugar, water and cinnamon sticks in a small pan over a gentle heat until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. After the syrup sugar has cooled slightly, put it with the egg yolks in a bowl and whisk on a high speed until the mouse is thick
  3. Beat the cream until stiff and mix it with the cinnamon mouse. Fill it in small vessels and froze it at least for 4 hours.
  4. Heat the frozen plums and serve it hot together with the parfait
